ABOUT DR. AIMEE MILLER, Au.D., LMHC
“As a counselor and audiologist, I tune in to feelings and frequencies.”
After surviving a large brain tumor and navigating a healthcare experience that left her deaf in one ear and missing a balance nerve, Dr. Aimee knew something had to change. Healthcare needed more heart.
She rolled up her sleeves, earned her Doctor of Audiology, and combined it with her background as a licensed mental health counselor, former teacher, and school counselor. As both a clinician and a patient, Aimee understands how overwhelming systems can feel for families and how powerful it is when someone truly listens.
Today, she offers a playful and compassionate therapy space where children feel safe to explore, grow, and build confidence, and where parents feel supported every step of the way.
Therapy with Aimee often includes play, creativity, and imagination. Whether kids are navigating friendship struggles, bedtime battles, big emotions, or the challenges of feeling different, she meets them at their level with empathy and a touch of whimsy.
And parents are part of the process too. Aimee works closely with caregivers to help you feel confident, informed, and less overwhelmed.
